Red & Black Week-Day 6

Well guys it looks like today is the end of red and black week.  I have really enjoyed participating and I can honestly say it has been quite successful.  I have gotten way too many page views for my little heart to handle and even gained a few new followers as well as found some new blogs to follow!

Anyway, my final post is a little DIY project I did yesterday.  Its nothing amazing but i think it kind of cute.

I have come to realize that a girl can never have too many hair combs!
 

Red & Black Week-Day 5

Back for day five!  I am very happy with myself for having posted everyday so far.  Last year I was missing a few days :(

I would like to thank all of the people who have posted comments on my other posts.  I have also noticed that a few people have found my last years red and black week posts if any of you are interested all of my red and black week posts from both this year and last year can be found under the tag RED BLACK WEEK.

Anyway, today's post is yesterdays outfit.  all i did was sit around the house so I chose to wear some comfy black and red leggings.

Yesterday, much like today, I did not bother with either hair or make-up, because who really has time for that when all they are doing is sitting around with a book.

I look kind of grumpy :O

Red & Black Week-Day 4

Hello, and welcome back for day four of red and black week. Today's post is actually what I was going to post yesterday before remembering that it was supposed to be red, black and white.  I bought this corset around a year ago and just never got around to wearing it.  hot summers and 6 hour days at school just didn't seem like the appropriate times.  So I finally decided to lace myself up in honor of red and black week!

I really love how straight it makes me sit up.

The rest of my outfit is quite boring and consists of a plain black t-shirt and a black maxi skirt that I got for around $2.
 

Red & Black Week-Day 3

Today was kind of a lazy day but i still wanted to participate so today's item is my black, red, and white misfits shirt.  

Excuse my wet hair and that I got lazy and used my phone instead of an actual camera :P

My favorite jeans.  I've had them for around five years and I plan on keeping them until they are nothing but shreds of fabric.

Hello guys.  First off i would like to thank everyone who left me messages on yesterdays post.  Your compliments are always appreciated :)

I decided to paint my nails for Red & Black week so here is a picture of my badly done manicure.  I was just fooling around with the nail polish and I thought it ended up looking kind of cool.

Red & Black Week-Day 1

This outfit is from a few days ago but i saved the full outfit shot just for this week.  So here they are.

The only way I can get decent photos in my room is to sit my camera on my bookshelf and put the timer  on :S

Anyways, I can't wait to read everyone's red and black week posts.  And i hope that all of my followers that are not participating go and check out everyone's posts anyway.

Final day of Red & Black Week.  Atleast I had fun trying to find red items in my wardrobe.  :)

It's hard to tell but the skirt actually has little red dots on it.

Red & Black Week-Day 5

Two days in a row!!  This outfit is much better than yesterdays.  Although I am pretty sure almost anything would be better than that.  I was just trying on random ideas and was pleasantly surprised by how nice this looked anyway, heres the pic of what I wore today.  It looks more flattering in person than in my pictures, I really need to find a better place to take outfit shot than in front of my unmade bed...but look, it's red and black, that has to count for something.  :)

Red & Black Week-Day 4

I once again did not post yesterday but I had to dress for my English award and trying to add red and black just would not work.  Todays outfit is kinda boring, I woke up tired and did not feel like getting dressed so I grabbed a long red and black skirt that is really comfy and paired it with a Bauhaus shirt.  Simple and probably not very flattering but it was comfy, which is all I was really going for today.

Red & Black Week- Day 2

Yes, I know I did not not participate yesterday.  I knew the week was coming but i did not prepare and decided to take a lazy day yesterday so no post.  I'm not even sure I'll have a post for the remainder of the days because i am terribly unorganized.



I felt like a total mall goth today, but I do think I looked cute so thats what really counts.  The top is from Folter and the skirt is Tripp(two brand name items :O  Yes this is why I felt like a mall goth, most of my stuff is from thrift stores.)

And the thing I like about this skirt is the little handcuff charm thingies, it was a huge factor in me purchasing it.
