Hello fellow bloggers. I know it has been a long time and yes I apologize again but instead of promising to post more often I am going to be honest and say I will only be posting when I have time and feel like posting something. Blogging should be something you do out of enjoyment and not because you feel obligated to do so.
Anyway this is my 100th post so that is kind of exciting and I wanted to make sure I had a post that wasn't just a quick update so I am going to share with you my favorite songs to listen to while getting ready in the morning.
I find my day goes so much better when I have a happy morning so I always try to keep cheery despite having to get up early. This includes enjoying a cup of Earl Grey, a giant bowl (or two) of some form of super sugary cereal, and most importantly making myself look nice while listening to music that always finds a way to make me happy. So here are some of those song.
The Cure-Gone!
Misfits-Astro Zombies
Sisters of Mercy-This Corrosion
The Cruxshadows-Dance Floor Metaphor
Well there you go. These are just a few of the songs that I like to listen to in order to assure my day be as happy as possible. Be sure to comment and tell me some of your favorite songs for getting ready in the morning and I will check them out.

Fear Tag
Hey guys, I got tagged for this by both V and by OddGhoulOut. Thank you ladies for thinking about tagging me. :)
Rules(I'm lazy so the only rule I'm following id answering the questions, I know I'm such a rebel. :P )
Rules(I'm lazy so the only rule I'm following id answering the questions, I know I'm such a rebel. :P )
- Do this tag with the lights on. You may be facing your worst fears in this room...
- Answer the Questions!
- Tag how many others you want and link them in your post.
- Tell others you've tagged them on their blogs.
- If you read their posts and notice you share the same fears, give them a virtual hug.
- Three things your afraid of for very good reasons.
- Three irrational fears of yours.
- The medical term for one of your fears.
- Are you superstitious in any ways?
- Are you easily startled?
- Do you have any common fears?
- When you watch horror movies, are you better at dealing with suspense or gore?
- Are you afraid of ghosts?
- Are you afraid of any animals?
- What was your scariest nightmare about?
- Dogs because I have been attacked by dogs before, Speeding cars because I have seen someone get hit by a car and it is not something I would want to happen to me, and I suppose cancer because it runs in both sides of my family.
- Butterflies/Moths(don't ask), heights, that spiders will be hiding in my sheets(I'm usually fine with spiders but then they are in my bed it is a completely different story).
- Mottephobia (Fear of Moths)
- No I'm not really supperstitious.
- I can be usually after I watch a ghost movie, other horror movies don't bother me but ghost ones do, probably because i actually believe in ghosts.
- Heights.
- Suspense.
- Not really, ghosts were once people, so I don't believe they would try to harm people unless they did so in life.
- Dogs.
- I once had a nightmare that a shooting happened at my school and then gunmen lined all the students up at the lockers and started open firing. It was really life like and pretty scary.

Liebster Award
I was nominated for this award by Victoria McEwan over at Later That Day I Got Enticed By a Gothic Wonderland. I would like to say thanks of course. I am always happy when I get tagged in these things.
The Rules:
11 Things About Me
The Rules:
- Each person must post 11 things about themselves.
- Answer the questions the tagger has set for you.
- Create 11 questions for the people you've tagged to answer.
- Choose 11 people and link them in your post.
- Got to their page and tell them.
- No tag backs.
11 Things About Me
- I always colour in my eyebrows before leaving the house, even if I don't wear any other make up that day.
- My favourite colours are emerald green and baby pink.
- My current desktop picture is a movie still from Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.
- My favourite band is The Cure.
- My favourite subject in school is history.
- I hate having to wear pants other than sweats or pajama bottoms.
- I spend far too much time on tumblr than what can possibly be healthy.
- I won't watch tv series while they are on tv because I don't like to sit down at a specific time to watch it.
- I don't like texting or talking on the phone.
- I usually wear colourful socks.
- I treat my boots like my babies, I wipe the dirt off of them after everytime I wear them.
- Favourite Disney Film? Cinderella, I used to make my mom put it on everytime I was sick as a child.
- If you could travel anywhere right now where would you go and why? I would go to Istanbul, Turkey because it looks like a beautiful place and I would love to see the mix of new and old buildings.
- Favourite Book? This one is rather tough, I read a lot so I have read many great books. I would say my favourite would be Marked from the House of Night series because I never liked to read before that but after my friend pretty much forced me to read it I fell in love with reading. It is not the best book but it does deserve credit for making me want to read.
- Pearls or Diamonds? Pearls, they are just too cute.
- Do you believe in ghosts? Yes.
- Favourite Johnny Depp Movie? Whats Eating Gilbert Grape.
- What are you future plans for your blog and your inspiration behind it? Well I plan on having a lot more outfit pics, when I started this blog I had barely any confidence so outfit pictures were very few and far between but in the last while I have been feeling amazing about myself so you will be seeing more outfits. And as for my inspiration well like I said when I started this blog I was very low on confidence, I had just had a bit of an emotional breakdown, I got so sick of dressing and acting how others wanted me to so I decided to take control of my image. I have been interested in goth for a long time so I kinda said screw it I'm dressing like this and the blog was kind of create as a support group. I had people start to compliment me on my blog and it felt great so I just kept on posting stuff.
- I you could be a breed of dog which breed do you think would suit your personality? Omg, I know nothing about dog breeds but I'm gonna go with Pug because they seem pretty laid back and chill.
- Dream Cocktail? Once again something I know nothing about but seeing as how I don't drink it would have to be something non-alcoholic. Pina Coladas are pretty decent.
- Best gig you've ever been to? I live in Northern Canada so I don't see much live music especially since all the local bands are some sort of Indie-Sreamo-Rock getup but I did see April wine a few years ago. They were amazing, even though they are getting older they are still a great band to see live.
- The city or the country? City, I am sure I would die of boredom in the country.

Reading Challenge Update April
Last challenge I was asked what a book was about(sorry for not replying, it slipped my mind) so I will be linking each book I've read to a summary. So if there is a book you wish to read about click the link although I would advice you not read the entire summary because they usually give away the ending.
I will also be breaking the list into two sections, books read in previous months and the books read in the last month. This month I will link to the books previously read but to make it easier next month only the new books will be linked.
Previously Read
April Books
9. Torn by: Robin Wasserman
10. On Golden Pond by: Ernest Thompson
11. Inherit the Wind by: Jerome Lawrence & Robert E. lee
12. Abraham Lincoln, Vampire Hunter by: Seth Grahame-Smith
13. The Fallen by Thomas E. Sneigoski
Also tomorrow I should have a post of the things i bought out of town. Its not much but its still something.

Question Tag Thingy
So I was tagged by Nyteshade at The Toxic Void. I'm not entirely sure I'm doing this right but I'm just gonna kinda copy his post but with my own info.
How does it work?
Favorite color?
I love anything that is green but I also have a huge fondness for pink.
Favorite band/song of all time?
Probably Billy Talent. I own all of their CD's and no mateer what style of music or fashion has inspired me through the years they are one of the few bands that have stayed in my fav list.
What's the worst way you found out your friends aren't really your friends?
Probably in the seventh grade when I started getting into alternative fashion and music and about 90 percent of my friends stopped talking to me with no apparent reason. Some of them even went as far as being involved in some pretty extreme bullying I would rather not talk about.
Do you stay up late sometimes?
Sometimes. It seems like I am either in bed by 9: 30 or am up until 3: 00
Favorite animal?
I'm not that big an animal lover but frogs look pretty sweet but for something to snuggle with I would say one of those stripey orange cats.
What's the outfit you feel the most proud of when you wear it?
I'm not entirely sure I usually just grab a bunch of clothing put it on and then make small changes to make sure it actually looks nice I don't really pay much attention to getting dressed in the morning unless I have a lot of time to get ready which doesn't happen often.
What's the saddest movie you have watched? Either made you cry, or just a terrible movie.
I usually try to stay away from the depressing chick flicks because I find them really boring and personally I'm more of a sci-fi or crude comedy type person but the Notebook is my downfall. I find it so sweet and it always makes me cry. I hope when I'm that old my future husband loves me that much. :)
What is your favorite place to hangout or relax? Either alone or with friends.
My room. lol, that makes me seem like such a loner but I don't have alot of friends and the ones I have I'm not very close with. I am also really introverted and very uncomfortable around strangers so I like being alone and my room is very comforting.
What do you do in your free time?
I used to read alot but I haven't been able to get to it lately. I spend alot of time stalking people's blogs on both blogger and tumblr. I laso read fanfictions online to stories I've already read because I'm that obsessed with them. :P
The worst book you have read, but managed to get through?
Ordinary People by Judith Guest. It was written well but boring as all hell. The only reason I managed to read the entire thing was because it was for english class. In the end I actually didn't end up minding it that much, it was kind of interesting but it lacked the usual action and suspense.
Who is an artist or band you wish would just take their crappy music and go live in a cave?
I don't think there is an artist I hate that much except maybe Justin Bieber. He is quite annoying but most artists that I don't really like still have maybe one or two decent songs.
My Questions
I only got 8 but oh well. (You don't needa participate if you don't want to.)
How does it work?
- Post the rules on your blog
- Write 11 things about you
- Answer it
- Create 11 new questions for the future tagged ones
- Put a link to the tagged blogs
- Prevents them by leaving a message on their blogs
- No information about us in the "tag" section
- Tag 11 people
- I strongly dislike kids(I don't say hate because there has been the odd one that wasn't terrible.)
- I get really awkward when talking about Goth with people because they always give me skeptical looks despite the fact they are the ones who asked me what it was. I have no idea why they would ask me what goth was when they weren't going to believe me unless I told them it was some satan warshipping cult that listens to Marilyn Manso and kills people on a weekly basis.
- I have a bit of an obsession with vampires and vampire books including cheesy teen novels(my biggest obsession is with the Vampire Academy Series by Richelle Mead.)
- I LOVE peach flavored sparkling water.
- My room has 15 fairy posters hung up on the walls.
- I don't like opening up to people and barely talk to my friends about personal things.
- I have blue eyes but with they were green.
- I don't like wearing make up under my eyes but usually have heavy make up on my top lid.
- I don't like the feeling of wearing jewellery so I take all of it off as soon as I get home from where ever I was.
- I hate pants and only own two pairs that I deam comfy enough to wear.
- I have an obsession with armwarmers and own over 20 pairs but I can never seem to make them look good with my outfits so I rarely wear them.

Review: Evil Shades Cosmetics
Okay so I ordered from http://www.evilshades.com/. So I decided to do a review for the products I ordered.
Absorbed Spectrum Pot
I originally bought this as a replacement for eyeliner and to be honest I was not pleased with how it turned out(probably cause I have sucky brushes that are not good for using this product as an eyeliner). But I instead tried using it as a black base and put a shimmery eyeshadow over it. This actually turned out really well because when I would use this shadow with another base the color would show very like and it looked nothing like it did in its container. When i put it on over the black it showed the color I wanted it to and the Spectrum Pot is kind of waxy and has a slightly sticky texture so the shadow stuck there perfectly.
This product does last for a rather long time, it was still perfect when I removed my make-up last night so over-all i am happy with this product despite it not working for the original purpose it was bought for. I will probably be buying this again and I even have my eye on Spectrum Pots in other colors.
Evileyes Primer in Opal
Before I bought this I was using the same primer that was bought for my face on my eyes and was frustrated when the colors would start to fade. So I searched the web for an affordable primer. This is how I originally found the website. So anyways the first thing i did when I got it was tried it out on my hand to feel the texture. I was pleasantly surprised that it felt incredible silky and smooth and didn't have a strong smell and the slight scent it did have was nice.
I was also pleased that when I put it on it did not show up stark white and instead blended into my skin tone leaving nothing but shimmer. It does not feel anybit sticky which is a plus and my shadow did not smudge, crease, or fade all day. I will be buying this again when I run out because it was both effective and it was pretty cheap.
Broken Dreidel Shadow
I did not actually order this the owner of the site actually sent a free sample of it with my order which was nice. It is a very vibrant blue color that has sparkles in it. Blue it not my color, it dulls the look of my eyes since they are blue aswell and it clashes with my purple hair but I decided to try it out anyways so I would have a future reference on how well the shadows work.
It went on very vibrant and very sparkely which I loved and I did really like the color and would probably order some if the color looked good on me. It was easy to apply and I found that not much was needed because it was very high pigment. Even though this was not my color I will be ordering shadows in different colors from the site.
Customer Service
It took about a month to get my order which i find reasonable concidering christmas is near and it is not a big corporation. I liked that I recieve notification through paypal when the items were shipped. When the items arrived it had been shipped in a shiney pink bag and the owner had sent me a free sample of one of her limited time holiday eyeshadows. Over-all buying from this company was a good experience and I will more than likely be ordering from them again in the future.

How a Baby Bat Spends a Day Off
So, today I had a day off from work. I was originally going to go through all of my old clothing throwing away all the stuff that could not be transformed into something gothy. Naturally, I turned on my computer this morning and got horribly distracted and instead spent my day reading the Orneryboy Web Comin by Michael Lalonde. It took about 2 hours and I read every comic from the first one in 2002 all the way through to the post recent one(thats 490 pages!).
So, since it seemed to amuse me enough to waist away a couple hours I thought I would post it here.
Also isn't Ghost Cat so cute?!?!
